What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

UA Appearance CLOUDY, Occult Blood 1+, Leukocyte Esterase 3+, WBC 20-40, RBC 3-10, Squamous Epithelial Cells 6-10, Bacteria Fee. CBC WBC 3.5 Low, Abs Neutrophils 1201 Low, Absolute Lymphocytes 1869. I have no Signs of Bladder Infection, no fever, what could this mean?

It may indicate UTI.
Patient may need antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
